Hexagon Racing est un programme de développement de pilotes qui vise à aider les passionnés de sport de conduite à perfectionner leurs compétences et à progresser comme pilotes de course. Nous organiserons des sessions d’entraînement en karting deux temps, où les pilotes pourront acquérir une expérience solide, apprendre sous l’œil attentif de professionnels et recevoir des retours instantanés. C’est la manière la plus rapide d’identifier les problèmes et de les adresser avec précision.

Nous organisons également un championnat régional de karts Rotax deux temps, où les pilotes peuvent mettre en pratique tout ce qu’ils ont appris et mesurer leurs progrès dans un environnement compétitif. Ces épreuves sont ouvertes à tous et se concentreront autant sur les formats sprint qu’endurance. À la fin de l’année, nous annoncerons le podium du classement du championnat lors d’une cérémonie de remise des prix. L’hexagone symbolise l’équilibre et la stabilité, des facteurs fondamentaux pour nous développer comme pilotes de course. Trop souvent, il y a une tendance à préférer se concentrer sur ce dans quoi nous sommes déjà bons tout en évitant nos faiblesses. Cela crée un ensemble de compétences incomplet qui ne peut pas s’adapter aux conditions changeantes. La mission d’Hexagon Racing est d’abord de rendre le sport automobile plus accessible, mais également de former des pilotes polyvalents capables d’exploiter une large gamme de compétences et de maximiser leur plein potentiel.

Le fair-play, le respect et une attitude positive constituent la base de notre mission avec Hexagon Racing, c’est pourquoi nous travaillons à améliorer autant les techniques pratiques de la course, que l’aspect mental : gérer les émotions et performer sous pression.
